By using CardlyBD, you agree to use the platform responsibly, keep your information accurate and follow these terms.

Service overview

CardlyBD provides digital business cards, public profile pages, QR codes, contact actions, custom links, social and community links, analytics, invoice records and manual Premium payment workflows.

Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials, profile content, uploaded media, public links, phone numbers, payment submissions and any activity under your account.

Public cards and QR codes

Public cards can be accessed by anyone with the link or QR code. Permanent QR codes are designed to continue working after you edit card details, but you are responsible for keeping published information correct and lawful.

Free and Premium plans

The Free plan includes a basic public card, limited custom links, limited social or community links, Classic QR design and PNG download. Premium unlocks more links, advanced QR customization, logo or center image support, Premium themes, detailed analytics, vCard save contact, multi-call groups, print-ready export and priority handling where available.

Pricing and coupons

Current Premium pricing is BDT 150 monthly and BDT 1300 yearly. The CARDLY300 coupon may provide a BDT 300 discount on eligible yearly Premium payments when active. Pricing, coupon availability and plan features may change with notice on the website or updates page.

Manual payment approval

Premium access is activated after admin verification of submitted payment information. You must check the receiver number, provider, amount and transaction ID before submitting. Incorrect, duplicate or false transaction information may be rejected.

Invoices and records

CardlyBD may generate invoice records for approved Premium access, admin grants or payment requests. Invoice and payment records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention and administrative review.

Acceptable use

You may not publish spam, scams, fake identity, harmful links, illegal content, abusive material, misleading payment information, malware, impersonation or content that violates another person's rights.

Moderation

CardlyBD may review, suspend, remove or limit cards, links, accounts or payments that violate these terms, receive valid reports or create risk for visitors or the platform.

Service availability

We work to keep CardlyBD available, but maintenance, hosting issues, network problems, third-party provider downtime or emergency fixes may cause temporary interruptions.

Refunds and corrections

Manual payment corrections are reviewed case by case. If you submit the wrong information, contact us with the relevant transaction details. Approved Premium periods usually begin after admin approval.
