CardlyBD helps users create smart digital business cards, QR profiles and contact sharing pages. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We may store account information, profile details, public card content, phone numbers, email addresses, links, institution or business details, uploaded media such as avatar, cover or QR logo, QR design settings, payment requests, invoices, reports and support messages.

Public card information

Your public card can be viewed by anyone with your username link, QR code or shared URL. This can include your name, role, company, contact buttons, social profiles, custom links, map links, business or institution information and other details you choose to publish.

Analytics and tracking

CardlyBD records product analytics such as profile views, QR scans, clicks, shares and contact actions so users can understand card performance. The site may also use env-configured tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure visits, campaigns, conversions and marketing performance.

Payments and invoices

For manual Premium approval, we may store the payment provider, sender number, transaction ID, amount, coupon code, discount amount, uploaded receipt path, admin review status and generated invoice details. We never ask for wallet PINs, card passwords or banking passwords.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies, sessions and browser storage to keep users signed in, remember interface choices, show or hide campaign banners and measure campaign performance. Third-party analytics or advertising tools may also use cookies or similar technologies when configured in production.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, show public cards, generate QR codes, route scans, process manual payment requests, create invoices, prevent abuse, review reports, provide support, improve features and measure marketing results.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Public card data is shared publicly by design. Limited data may be processed by hosting, database, email, analytics, advertising or storage providers needed to run the service.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion from account settings. CardlyBD follows its account deletion workflow to remove or anonymize account-linked data after the applicable review or waiting period. Some records may remain when required for security, invoices, abuse prevention or legal compliance.

Your choices

You can edit your card information, remove links, disable optional public details, update QR design settings and request account deletion from the dashboard or account area.
